Information We Collect

You provide:

• Account data — name, email address, and login credentials.
• Content you upload — images (which may include product photos and photographs of identifiable people, including faces) and the text directions you submit to generate outputs.
• Payment data — processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
• Communications — messages and support requests you send us.

Collected automatically:

• Usage data — features used and actions taken in the Service.
• Device & log data — browser type, device identifiers, and IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies — to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage (see §8).

Images of People & Facial Data

Content you upload may include photographs of identifiable individuals, including their faces. We process these images solely to provide the Service to you — to generate the outputs you request. We do not use them to identify individuals, build or sell biometric profiles, or for any purpose beyond producing your requested outputs, and we do not sell biometric information. Such images are retained only as long as needed to provide the Service and are deleted when you delete the content or close your account, or within a reasonable period thereafter, except where retention is required by law. You are responsible for obtaining the consent of anyone depicted in content you upload, as required by §3 of the Terms.

How We Use Information & Legal Bases

We use information to:

• provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service and generate your requested outputs;
• process payments and manage subscriptions, credits, and fraud prevention;
• provide support and respond to you;
• monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance and reliability; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service, fraud prevention), consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies or processing of images of people), and legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use the private content you upload to train our own AI models.

How We Disclose Information

We disclose information only as needed to run the Service:

• Service providers / processors — trusted third parties providing hosting, AI processing, payment processing, analytics, and similar functions, acting on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Content you submit for generation is processed by AI processing providers solely to produce your outputs.
• Legal & safety — where required by law or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
• Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, unless longer retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Uploaded content and generated outputs are retained per your account activity and deletions.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may request access, deletion, and correction, and may exercise these rights without discrimination; the categories above describe the personal information we collect, the purposes for it, and the categories of recipients. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service (e.g., authentication) and, where permitted, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function without necessary cookies. We honor applicable consent requirements.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.

Children

The Service is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact hello@limli.ai and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

The Service may link to sites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to them; review their privacy policies.
